How does Pin Health Gift work?
Choose a plan and enter your recipient’s name and email at checkout. The gift is delivered to them by email. They activate it, create their own account, and schedule their blood draw.
Does the recipient need to already be a member?
No. Whoever activates the gift becomes the account holder, so send it to the recipient’s own email.
Will I see their results?
No. You can see whether the gift has been activated, but never the recipient’s account, results, or activity.
Does the gift expire or renew?
A gift is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Redeem it within that year. A gift is a one-time purchase. You won’t be charged again, and it doesn’t renew automatically.
Can I get a refund?
You can get a full refund if you ask within 48 hours of purchase and the gift hasn’t been redeemed yet. Once redeemed and added to an account, it belongs to the recipient and can’t be refunded. After 48 hours, gifts are non-refundable. See our Terms of Service, Sections 3.3 and 15.5.
