How do I join Pin Health?

To join Pin you can Just click here.

Who can sign up for Pin?

Anyone aged 18 or older can sign up for a Pin membership. In United States, due to laboratory requirements, we are unable to schedule testing for pregnant individuals, so please plan your membership accordingly. Start testing with Pin today to get a clear picture of your current health and its future direction.

Should I join Pin if I feel good?

Regular testing today helps you maintain your well-being and spot early signs of potential issues long before they become serious. Many conditions, like heart disease, metabolic conditions, can develop quietly over many years, and illnesses such as cancer often show no symptoms until they reach advanced stages.

Detecting early signs of potential issues allows you to take proactive steps, rather than waiting until a condition reaches a reactive phase — when risks, costs, and recovery time are significantly higher.

Does Pin replace my GP, Doctor, or Concierge?

Pin isn’t a substitute for your doctor — it helps you become a more informed and empowered patient. With access to 150+ lab tests each year and guidance from leading doctors, you’ll arrive at appointments with a much deeper and clearer understanding of your health. Every result is reviewed by a doctor, and you can share your results with your doctor to make your visits more productive. This may minimize the need for additional testing and support better, more informed decisions about your care. The Pin Health platform is designed to support you throughout your life, no matter where you are or who your current healthcare provider is.

Why doesn’t my doctor order these blood tests for me?

Traditional or converntional healthcare is designed to step in once you’re already experiencing symptoms, which means many blood tests aren’t ordered until something seems wrong. As a result, important changes in your body can go unnoticed for years.

Pin Health takes a different, prevention-first approach. We focus on giving you a comprehensive and deep picture of your current health, helping you identify patterns, notice subtle shifts early, and address potential issues long before they develop into serious conditions.

How soon can I get tested after joining?

Usually within a few days. Once you join, you’ll receive instructions by email and in the pin.health dashboard on how to schedule your appointment and how to prepare for your lab visit. This process typically takes 1–2 days.

Where is Pin available?

Pin is currently available in the continental United States. To access Pin, you must have identification document, a valid country address, and an active country phone number.

United States: Lab visits are offered at 2,200+ locations across 48 states, but not yet in Rhode Island, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Exploring the Tests

Which tests are included into a Pin membership?

Pin membership gives you access to an extensive panel of more than 150 lab tests covering every major organ system. These tests are curated to evaluate how your organs are performing, how your metabolism is functioning, and to identify early indicators of potential conditions long before symptoms appear. Mid-year, you receive another set of 60+ follow-up tests to track what has changed and how your health is progressing.

From cardiovascular markers, metabolic health, hormones, nutrients, metals, and thyroid function to autoimmunity, liver performance, and inflammation — Pin measures the areas most services overlook.

And as scientific standards evolve, we continually add the latest, most advanced testing options to give you the most complete picture of your long-term health. If it matters for your future, we make sure it’s measured.

*Advanced add-on tests may be available for an additional cost beyond your full membership.

See the full list of tests here.

How were the tests included in Pin membership selected?

A team of licensed doctors from various specialties selected these lab tests using the most up-to-date scientific research results, focusing on root-cause analysis, early detection of conditions, and long-term health outcomes.

Each test is included to give you clear and practical insights — so you can understand your health better and take action before any issues appear.

How accurate are the tests?

All tests are processed in CLIA and CAP certified clinical grade labs (Quest Diagnostics), same labs which are in use by the community across the country. Your blood samples are collected by licensed medical technicians on-site and processed with state-of-the-art certified equipment. This is the safest and most accurate way to be tested, given the advanced processing needs for the wide range of tests available through Pin.

Why are traditional lab tests so expensive?

In the U.S. healthcare system, lab test prices are shaped by insurance negotiations and multiple intermediaries. When insurance doesn’t cover a test, people often end up paying an inflated out-of-pocket price.

We work hard to keep our testing costs fair and accessible. By simplifying the process and avoiding unnecessary middlemen, we’re able to offer a wide range of tests at a reasonable price — because everyone deserves clear, affordable access to their own health information.
